Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add hamburger seasoning and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese and sour cream. Add cooked ground beef, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese and stir well. Spread dip mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley.
