Cheeseburger Pasta Recipe - Indulge in the ultimate comfort food! Tender pasta, seasoned ground beef, onion soup mix, Rotel tomatoes come together in a creamy cheese sauce for a delicious twist on a classic favorite. In a large skillet, cook lean ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
Add onion soup mix, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and elbow macaroni noodles and stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover the pan. Simmer until the pasta is tender.
While the pasta is cooking, make the cheese sauce. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook until light brown. Slowly whisk in the milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add cheddar cheese and Montreal Steak seasoning and stir until the cheese is melted.
Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta mixture. Add crumbled bacon and stir well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with green onions and extra cheese.
