Ingredients:
1(14-oz)can sweetened condensed milk
1Tbspfresh lemon zest
½cuplemon juice
3egg yolks
¼cupbuttermilk
1(9-inch)graham cracker crust (store bought is fine)
1(8-oz)container Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg yolks and buttermilk.
Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
