Bisquick Brownies - hands-down the BEST brownies EVER! Super easy to make and they taste great. Chocolate chips, butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla, Bisquick, and walnuts. Just as easy as using a box mix, but they taste SO much better! A little cakey and a little fudgy. Perfection!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
Melt semisweet chips and butter together in a large bowl in a microwave at 50% power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave another minute and stir again. Repeat until mixture is smooth; let cool slightly.
Whisk eggs, sugars, and vanilla into the melted chocolate. Fold in Bisquick just until incorporated. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
Can use a square or round cake pan.Can use an 8-inch or 9-inch pan. If using an 8-inch pan, it may take about 5 minutes longer to cook. Use a toothpick to check for doneness. The brownies are done with the toothpick comes out with only crumbs.Can cut into as many squares as you desire.
