French Onion Tater Tot Casserole Recipe - tater tots, french onion dip, cream of chicken soup, cheese - LOVE this casserole! Can make ahead and freezer for later. You can even split it between two foil pans - one for now and one for the freezer. Super easy side dish with only 4 ingredients that tastes great!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, soup, dip and cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 - 60 minutes, until bubbly.
Make sure to sure a sour cream based French onion dip such as Dean's, Great Value, Barber's, Heluva Good Dip, or Kraft.Can assemble the casserole ahead of time and freeze for later. To bake after freezing, thaw completely and bake as directed above.There is no need to thaw tater tots before assembling the casserole.
