Buffalo Chicken Bubble Up - this buffalo chicken biscuit pizza casserole is a family favorite! Only 6 ingredients and ready in 30 minutes. Chicken, bacon, buffalo hot sauce, Alfredo sauce, biscuits, and cheese. We love this for an easy lunch or dinner. It is also perfect for tailgating and football parties! Add it to your menu ASAP!
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Toss chopped chicken with buffalo sauce.
Cut biscuits into quarters. In a large bowl, toss biscuits with Alfredo sauce, bacon, chicken and half of cheese. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Notes:
This recipe is made for the smaller can of biscuits – NOT the bigger Grands biscuits. I used two cans of Pillsbury Flaky Layers Biscuits Buttermilk. It is a 6-oz can of biscuits with 5 biscuits in each can. You will need 10 total biscuits for this recipe.
I used Frank's Buffalo Sauce in this casserole.
Feel free to change the cheeses. Obviously, bleu cheese would be great in this.
You can control the amount of heat in this dish by adding more or less buffalo wing sauce.
