Teriyaki Pork Chops - easy marinade recipe made with teriyaki sauce, mirin, garlic, olive oil, and hot sauce. Seriously delicious! Hands-down the BEST pork chops we've eaten! Recipe from Lulu Buffet's restaurant in Gulf Shores, AL.
Ingredients:

teriyaki sauce

crushed garlic

mirin

ground black pepper

extra virgin olive oil

Tbsp
hot sauce
4
bone-in pork chops,
about 1-inch thick
Instructions:
Place pork chops in a gallon ziplock bag.
Whisk together teriyaki sauce, garlic, mirin, pepper, olive oil, and hot sauce. Pour over pork chops and seal bag.
Marinate pork chops at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
Remove pork chops from marinade and cook until desired temperature is reached.
Notes:
I used Sweet Baby Ray's Teriyaki Sauce.
This marinade can be used on any cut of pork or chicken.
