Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk together ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in drained black eyed peas. Spread into prepared baking dish.
Microwave bacon for 1 to 1½ minutes. Chop and sprinkle on top of black eyed peas.
Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn on broiler and broil until bacon is crispy.
