Whisk together hot sauce, lime juice, garlic, oil, and salt. Pour over chicken and marinate a few hours to overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and sauté in the skillet or grill until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.

You can use any cut of chicken that you prefer - tenders, breasts, thighs, or legs. You can use boneless or bone-in chicken.
