Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla Recipe – we are OBSESSED with this easy chicken recipe! So simple to make and the whole family gobbles them up. Tortillas, grilled chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese. This a great recipe for a quick dinner or lunch. I always have the ingredients in the fridge so we can make these. We can’t get enough of them!
Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese in an even layer over the tortilla. Top one half of the tortilla with cooked chicken and crispy bacon. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken mixture.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray.
Gently transfer the tortilla to the hot skillet. Cook until 1 minute, the cheese starts to melt. Fold the cheese side over on top of the chicken mixture. Cook for 2 minutes more, using a spatula to flip until each side is golden-brown and crispy.
Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges.
Notes:
Use low-carb tortillas fora low-carb meal.
I use soft taco size tortillas in the photos.
You can use any size of tortillas - large flour tortillas, or small fajita tortillas.
