Can Pork be pink? Yes! Do NOT overcook your pork chops. Most people tend to overcook pork chops and dry them out.
Make sure to have a meat thermometer handy. Pork cuts like tenderloin and chops should always be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F no matter your cooking technique. They’re safe to eat with a blush of pink. Ground pork should be cooked to 160°F.
For extra flavor, add some chicken broth to the skillet after sautéing the pork chops and scrape up all the browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
