Pull-Apart Mexican Pizza – a fun twist to taco night! Refrigerated french bread dough, topped with taco sauce, taco meat, cheese, corn, and black beans. Ready in under 30 minutes! Top the pizza with your favorite taco toppings. The whole family gobbled this up. this recipe is great for a party or quick lunch or dinner.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly grease a round pizza pan or pizza stone.
In a small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, salsa and half of taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
In a small skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat; add the remaining half of the taco seasoning packet and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place one loaf of refrigerated dough on cutting board. Cut dough in half lengthwise. Slice each dough half crosswise into 16 slices for a total of 32 bread dough slices. Repeat with remaining dough. You will have a total of 64 bread dough slices when you are done.
Arrange dough slices on pizza pan or pizza stone. Top with taco sauce, cheese, taco meat, corn, and black beans.
Bake 14–16 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Notes:
You can use any pizza toppings that you enjoy. I used sliced pepperoni and Italian sausage in the photos. We also like Canadian bacon, mushrooms, peppers, olives, and onions.

I use two cans of refrigerated Pillsbury French Bread Dough. It should be near the refrigerated biscuits at the grocery store.
Can Pull-Apart Pizza be made in advance? Sure! You can assemble the pizza ahead of time and refrigerate it overnight before baking.
