Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package directions for al dente. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked bacon, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, wing sauce, and shredded cheese. Stir in cooked egg noodles.
Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared pan. Top with crushed Fritos.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and heated through.
Notes:
I use rotisserie chicken for the shredded chicken in this dish. You can use any cooked chicken you have on hand. Boneless skinless chicken breasts, chicken thighs, chicken tenderloins, or canned chicken work great.
