We buy our rotisserie chickens at Costco – they are only $5 and they are HUGE!
We remove the skin and pull all the meat off the bones.
We put half of each chicken in a freezer bag and freeze the chicken for later.
When I am making a casserole or chicken soup, I take out a bag of frozen rotisserie chicken and let it thaw all day in the refrigerator. It is thawed and ready to use after work!
