Pin This RecipeWe served these beans with the Beefy King Ranch Bubble Up I posted earlier this week. They are super easy and taste great. Chicken Legs isn’t a fan of refried beans, but he ate these and really liked them. YAY!
There are only 4 ingredients and it is ready in under 10 minutes! Boom! The seasoning in these beans comes from jarred salsa. I love Trader Joe’s salsa. I use the jar of Trader Jose’s Salsa Autentica. LOVE it!! If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s close by, just use your favorite brand of salsa in this recipe. If you like the salsa, you will like the beans.
We both really enjoyed these beans. I really loved how easy they were to make. We served these beans as a side dish, but this would also be great as a dip!
