Cat Photos to Make You Happy
I don’t know about you, but I need Meow Monday more than ever! There is a lot of difficult news out there right now, and I really enjoy taking a break with some cute cat photos.
The cats had an eventful week. The babies went to the vet. It was an experience. You MUST see the photos! OMG! They might be my favorite Meow Monday pictures EVER.
Felix tried to escape. Fortunately, everyone calmed down and we had a nice relaxing weekend on the screened deck.

Mango is NOT a fan of being in the cat carrier. We bought new carriers that have a door on top – they are SO much easier! That being said, Mango hated it. She cried and clawed on the door and sides of the carrier all the way to the vets office.
Mack on the other hand was super chill – until he had to get his shots.
We let Mango out of the carrier as soon as we got in the exam room. She explored and tried to hide behind the computer.
Mack went first for the shots. He did great on the first round, but wasn’t a fan of the second shot. Look at Mango….
She is like “Is that going to happen to me?” Her facial expression is hilarious!
Since Mango was so feisty, they wrapped her in a blanket to give her both of her shots. She did great.
It was a stressful trip, but everyone was back to normal when we got home.
Grandpa Felix was glad he didn’t have to go to the vet this time. He did, however, have an exciting week. He has been begging Chicken Legs to go outside. Chicken Legs would let him on the deck with him when he grilled. He did great. Well, Felix talked Chicken Legs into letting him go on the deck by himself, AND, you guessed it, he made a run for it. Chicken Legs looked up and Felix was walking on the retaining wall.
Since Felix can’t go out on the deck alone, we ordered him a harness and leash. They should be here this week. Chicken Legs is going to take him out once a day. I’ll be sure to get photos!
I hope everyone has a PURRFECT week! Stay safe!

Our cat gets a pill every night. We crush it between two spoons, crush until no pieces. Mix it in a big spoonful of chicken baby food.
