Chipotle Ranch Burgers

OMG! Best burger ever! I can't get over how delicious these burgers were. They are packed full of flavor from the Ranch mix and chipotle peppers. Now, these burgers do pack a little kick. You can control the heat by increasing or decreasing the amount of pureed chipotles you put in the burgers and sauce. I used a tablespoon in the burger and about a teaspoon in the sauce. I thought it was perfect. I seriously can't stop thinking about how great these burgers were. I am already planning on making these again very soon!

Chipotle Ranch Burgers
(Printable Recipe)

Burgers
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (1oz) packet Ranch dressing mix
2-3 tsp pureed chipotles in adobo sauce

Chipotle Ranch Sauce
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
1 tsp pureed chipotles in adobo sauce

3 slices cheddar cheese
Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
3 hamburger buns

Combine ground beef, Ranch dressing mix and pureed chipotle peppers.  Shape into 3 hamburger patties. Combine the prepared Ranch dressing and 1 tsp pureed chipotle peppers.  Set aside.

Grill/Saute/Broil burgers until desired doneness.  Top with cheese slices, melt.  Top burgers with Chipotle Ranch Sauce, bacon, tomato and lettuce.

*I pureed a can of Chipotles in Adobo Sauce in the food processor prior to making the burgers.*

  2. They look delicious -- but so do those hamburger rolls -- I'd love to know what kind they are (not like the wimpy ones I usually find in the grocery).
