Chipotle Ranch Burgers

Chipotle Ranch Burgers - hamburger meat, Ranch and pureed chipotles - grill or pan cook the burgers, top with a yummy Chipotle Ranch sauce, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. SOOOOO good. It has a kick, but we all loved this!

OMG! Best burger ever! I can’t get over how delicious these burgers were. They are packed full of flavor from the Ranch mix and chipotle peppers. Now, these burgers do pack a little kick. You can control the heat by increasing or decreasing the amount of pureed chipotles you put in the burgers and sauce. I used a tablespoon in the burger and about a teaspoon in the sauce. I thought it was perfect. I seriously can’t stop thinking about how great these burgers were. I am already planning on making these again very soon!

  1. Anyone else have a problem with them falling apart during cooking? We love this recipe but it happens every single time and the only thing we change is we do turkey instead of beef – HELP!

    1. Ground turkey is much leaner than beef, so that could be why they fall apart. Ground turkey also has a lot more moisture in it. Maybe try cooking them in a grill pan inside.

  2. Cheryl – the rolls are from Publix. I got them in the bakery. I believe they are French Roll Hamburger Buns- they are great!

  3. They look delicious — but so do those hamburger rolls — I'd love to know what kind they are (not like the wimpy ones I usually find in the grocery).
