Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossoms

Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossoms - peanut butter chocolate cookies topped with a Reese's cup and chopped peanuts. OMG! Heaven! I have zero self-control around these cookies! Makes 5 dozen - great for sharing.

I am in LOVE with these cookies. They are my all-time favorite flavor combination - peanut butter and chocolate. Not only do the cookies have peanut butter and chocolate in them, there is a Reese's cup in the middle of the cookie too! OMG! Heaven!!! I have zero - ZERO - self-control around these cookies. They are the perfect bite-sized treat.

These cookies are super easy to make. I mixed up the cookie dough and used a small cookie scoop to scoop the dough into mini muffin pans. They were ready in about 15 minutes. This recipe makes about 5 dozen cookies. Perfect to share with classmates, teachers, friends and co-workers.

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 1/3 cup flour

  • 60 miniature Reese's cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray mini-muffin pans with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, flour and cocoa powder. Beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.

Shape rounded tablespoons of dough into balls. Drop each dough ball in mini muffin pan.

Bake for 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press Reese's cup into each cookie. Remove cookies from pan and top with chopped peanuts. Cool completely.
