Bourbon Basted Pork Chops – pork chops basted in a quick homemade bourbon sauce – lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bourbon, onion, hot sauce and pepper. So easy and really good. A favorite at our BBQ parties!
These pork chops were incredible! They were super simple to make and tasted delicious. We are really getting into grilling pork chops. They are so easy to grill that even I could do it! Chicken Legs cooks them for 6 minutes on the first side, flips them over and lets them cook for 5 more minutes. Easy peasy!
I made the marinade the night before and let the chops marinate in the fridge until we were ready to grill. They don’t need to marinate that long, but I always think the longer the better! I was worried that the soy sauce was going to be too overwhelming, but it wasn’t. The pork chops were so tender and juicy. We served this with our favorite Gnocchi Mac and Cheese. These chops are not to be missed!

Steph,
Sounds wonderful and wondering if you figured 2 chops per person?
We each ate one pork chop. They were pretty thick.
Those look fantastic! Bourbon and pork go so well together. I'm guessing the pigs don't agree, lol.
