We're doing your waffle casserole on Christmas morning. We tried it a couple weeks ago after buying your book and we've been craving it again ever since! Thanks for so many great recipes.
You know those sweet rolls you had up recently- the ones made from frozen dough with the gooey stuff on the bottom? That's what we're having. I'll put it together after church Christmas Eve, then throw them in the oven when we get up at 5am, and they'll be ready by the time we're done opening gifts. When I saw that recipe my brain went "DING!" and I knew that's what would be fixed.
