How to Make Melted Ice Cream Strawberry Cake
This cake is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, melted ice cream, and eggs. Mix on medium speed with an electric mixer for two minutes. Spray a 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
Once the cake has cooled, make the frosting. With a hand-held mixer beat together confectioner’s sugar, milk, vanilla, and meringue powder on low speed until light and fluffy. Drizzle the frosting over the cake. Top the frosting with freeze-dried strawberries or sprinkles.
