Are you green? We have been taking steps to live a healthier, greener lifestyle.
We care about the environment and want to do our part to keep it clean.
We recycle A LOT.
You don’t realize how much of your trash can be recycled until you actually start sorting it for recycling.
We have a recycling can next to our trash can for easy sorting.
I am kind of a freak about recycling! I tend to drive Chicken Legs a bit crazy with it! LOL!
Our recycling can is always overflowing.
Thankfully recycling comes every week at our new place.
We also recycle our plastic bags and egg cartons at the grocery store.
I keep the bags and cartons next to the door so we can grab them on our way to the store.
We moved to a new house this summer and have switched to using all green cleaning products.
We made the switch for the environment, but mostly for our cats comfort.
Our cats are the most important things in our life.
We love them SO much and want to give them the very best.
We are super careful about chemicals that they come in contact with.
That is the main reason that we have switched to green cleaning products.
We want to keep our cats happy and healthy for as long as possible!
I never want to worry that one of our cleaning products could harm them.

In our quest to continue going green, we have even switched up our cat litter.
We recently switched from a clay based litter to this ARM & HAMMER™ Feline Pine™ Original Non-Clumping Cat Litter.
It is 100% Chemical Free and helps keep our cats happy!
Feline Pine™ 100% Natural Pine Cat Litter delivers the best natural odor control with no added fragrances. The litter is made from kiln-dried shavings reclaimed from lumber production. No new trees were cut down to make the litter.
You can’t beat litter that is 100% chemical free.
Feline Pine™ 100% Natural Pine Cat Litter looks a lot different than our old clay litter.
There are tips for transitioning your cat to this new natural litter right on the bag.
It is an easy process.
You basically use a combination of old and new litter and gradually lessen the amount of old litter each time you change the box.
We followed the tips on the bag and didn’t have any issues.
We now feel good that all the cats are using a natural product every day!

  1. When my baby girl, Francesca, was alive, we did everything to keep her healthy. We kept clean water and fed her healthy foods. Every once in a while we let her splurge on her favorite treats.

  2. I ensure that my cat, Max, has fresh water constantly and fresh food. I do like to spoil him with treats.
