I don’t know about you, but I need Meow Monday more than ever! There is a lot of difficult news out there right now, and I really enjoy taking a break with some cute cat photos.
Looks like something startled Grandpa Felix while he was looking outside. My guess it that it was the can opener or the two littles chasing each other around the house.

My office window is a hot spot in the house. It has a great view of the common area. There are lots of things to watch – people, birds, dogs.
It appears I didn’t open the blinds enough for Mack to get a view of what he was looking for. LOL!
We had a few mild weather days last week and Mack Attack took full advantage. He loves chilling outside on the deck.
Miss Mango is hard at work. She is determined to be employee of the year again in 2021. She likes this corner on my desk because the afternoon sun come in and hits her in just the right spot.

We just lost our Maxwell last Friday on my birthday. He was a stray that adopted us 18 months ago. He had a rough outdoor life with cuts, scratches, corneal scarring and was FIV positive. We gave him a great 18 months indoors with us and he was so loving and sweet.
He was very sick but perked up 2 am New Years morning and had a good three more weeks with us. I feel he wanted to be with me at least a little while on birthday.
We have 2 cats at our house that were literally dumped on us when they were barely weened. We had just put our old cat down about 3 months before the first kitten arrived and weren’t really planning on having anymore .It is just too painful when they go. But I could not help but fall for this little thing that needed a home. I had always heard they are happier when they have a playmate.When the second kitty showed up about a month later,I knew it was in the plan .
You know your pets are spoiled when a human tells you they hope when they die they can come back and be one of your cats. Can’t think of a nicer compliment.
I think you may have been told that also from the looks of your babies. Love your pictures and the stories you tell about them. Thanks for the laughs.

I have two cats of my own my black cat’s name is Isaac and I have a Lynx point Siamese cat named Eddie! We love them both they are great cats! They are part of our family!

These cats always make me smile. The expression of Felix face in that first photo is priceless. I think it’s so cool they sit in your office and keep watch on things. Mango has the most gorgeous eyes and Mack is quite handsome.
Felix has the best facial expressions! He is so funny.
I also am blessed with a ginger companion. He was feral but after months of patient quiet feeding and coaxing now comes in regularly and is asleep at my side as I write this – I don’t know his past but I will do all I can to insure his happy future 🐈
My favorite part of Monday mornings!!! They make me smile.
