Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundaes

This is super simple dessert that will knock your socks off!  A warm ooey gooey chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream - what could be better?!

I decided to keep this really simple and used refrigerated cookie dough, but feel free to use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe.  I divided the dough between some small ramekins and slightly under baked them.  I immediately topped each cookie with a nice scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream.  They were fantastic!!  I plan on trying a different cookie dough next time.  I think Peanut Butter Cookies with chocolate ice cream might be good!

(Printable Recipe)

6 ramekins (mine were 3 1/2" diameter x 2 1/4" tall)
1 log refrigerated TollHouse Cookie Dough
ice cream

Preheat oven to 350.  Lightly spray ramekins with cooking spray.  Divide cookie dough between 6 ramekins, about 1/2-inch thick.  Bake 18-22 minutes - you want them to be slightly underbaked.  Top with ice cream and serve immediately.

That looks like something my hubby would luv.

How me, I'd luv it substituted with sugar or pb cookies!

So yummy and so quick to make. Wasn't able to enjoy them immediately as I wanted the ramekins to cool down a bit but after 5 or 10 minutes, the cookies were still gooey and the ice cream melted perfectly on top!
