Biscoff Heart Cookies





Biscoff Heart Cookies
(Printable Recipe)

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup Biscoff spread
1 1 /4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
36 unwrapped Dove chocolate hearts
sugar for rolling

Preheat oven to 375F.

Beat butter and biscoff spread with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup of the flour, the sugars, egg, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Beat until thoroughly combined. Beat in remaining flour. Shape dough into 1-inch balls (small scoop) and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes. Immediately after baking, press one Dove chocolate heart into each cookie. Cool on baking rack.

Oooh, I love those cookies too! I was shocked to see them at Walmart one day and found the Biscoff spread another shopping trip. I'll definately make these and I'm sharing the recipe... that's the nice thing to do!

I have never tried Biscoff before, I can't seem to find it in stores where I live :( Your cookies look perfect - love the chocolate hearts!
