Teriyaki Grilled Chicken
I came across this recipe for a homemade Teriyaki Grilled Chicken in one of my new favorite cookbooks and decided to give it a try. It only has a few simple ingredients and tasted incredible! This recipe finally made me a fan of teriyaki chicken!!
The Teriyaki marinade only took a minute to make. I actually have everything in the pantry for this marinade. I let the chicken hang out in the fridge overnight and we grilled it for lunch. SO good! It smelled incredible while cooking on the grill. We used this marinade on chicken, but it would also be great with pork or beef. We are going to give it a try on some skirt steak this weekend.

Can you freeze chicken in marinade until you're ready to thaw and grill it?
That should be just fine. Enjoy!
I added ginger and green onion to the marinade…delicious! 🙂
