This is a quick and easy weeknight meal; a true 30 minute meal – which is what I am all about during the week! I saw a recipe in the 2009 Homecooking the Costco Way cookbook for Fettucine Calabrese and thought it sounded interesting. I had some Itlaian sausage and marinara sauce in the freezer so I decided to make my own version of Fettucine Calabrese with what I had on hand. This sauce was so good. I added red pepper flakes and it had a nice kick to it. I had a hard time making myself stop eating this! I will be making this again – I really loved it.

I think you post at least 4 dishes a week that I want to try
Spaghetti is my favorite weeknight meal. I like the red pepper flake addition to this.
How the heck was I not already "following" you? Oversight corrected.
This is perfect for a week night meal and I know it will be tried here.
What a delicious recipe! I love quick, flavorful pasta dishes!
