Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundaes

Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundaes Recipe - only 2 ingredients!!! You can have a yummy dessert in a flash! We eat these all the time. Also great for parties!

This is super simple dessert that will knock your socks off!  A warm ooey gooey chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream – what could be better?!

I decided to keep this really simple and used refrigerated cookie dough, but feel free to use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe.  I divided the dough between some small ramekins and slightly under baked them.  I immediately topped each cookie with a nice scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream.  They were fantastic!!  I plan on trying a different cookie dough next time.  I think Peanut Butter Cookies with chocolate ice cream might be good!

  1. So yummy and so quick to make. Wasn't able to enjoy them immediately as I wanted the ramekins to cool down a bit but after 5 or 10 minutes, the cookies were still gooey and the ice cream melted perfectly on top!
