This bread is AH-MAZ-ING.I’ve never had gorgonzola garlic bread before, but I thought it sounded like a great idea. I gave it a shot and WOW! I don’t even like gorgonzola cheese, and I ate a ton of this bread. It is SO good!
This bread is so easy to make and dangerously delicious! The cheese took the garlic bread to a whole new level. We both really enjoyed it. I’ve already made it several times. It is quickly becoming a household favorite!
How to Make Cheesy Garlic Bread
To make the bread, combine softened butter, gorgonzola cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Split a loaf of Italian bread and spread each half with the garlic butter. Top the bread with some grated parmesan cheese. Place the bread under the broiler and cook until the butter is melted and the cheese is starting to brown.
- Can use any bread for this recipe. French bread, leftover hoagie buns, rolls – anything goes!
- You can substitute garlic powder for the minced garlic.
- You can assemble the bread ahead of time and refrigerate it until ready to bake.
- Can homemade garlic bread be frozen? Yes! You can assemble the bread ahead of time and freeze it for later. When ready to eat the bread, thaw it completely and place it under the oven broiler.

Gorgonzola Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Preheat oven broiler on HIGH.
- Cream the butter with the gorgonzola cheese. Add minced garlic parsley, salt and pepper.
- Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread cheese mixture on each half of the bread. Sprinkle the top of the bread with Parmesan cheese.

I do enjoy gorganzola, this looks too good.
I think I could just eat the whole loaf and then tell the family, "Sorry, I burned the bread and had to toss it."
