On a recent trip to Nashville, we ate breakfast at Biscuit Love in The Gulch. I had heard rave reviews for the food truck and new brick and mortar location. We just had to check it out! We were not disappointed, or hungry when we rolled ourselves out of there!
We started our meal with the Bonuts.
Fried Biscuits with Lemon Mascarpone and a blueberry compote.
Chicken Legs got the Lily.
Biscuit French Toast with Lemon Mascarpone, Blueberry Compote and house syrup.
I was lucky to get a picture of this. It was gone in a flash!!
I opted for the Princess biscuit.
A biscuit topped with Nashville Style Hot Chicken, Mustard, Honey and Pickles.
It was HUGE!
It was so good. I gave it everything I had, but I wasn’t able to finish it.
I already have my eye on several other dishes.
Dying to try the East Nasty – biscuit, fried chicken, cheddar cheese and gravy.
Wonder if they would use the Nashville Style Hot Chicken on that one? YUM!
I would also love to try the S.E.C.
Smoked Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit.
Biscuit Love is located in The Gulch.
They are open for breakfast and lunch.
They serve Bloody Marys and Mimosas. They also have beer and wine.
They serve burgers on their yummy biscuits! Bet those are amazing!
We are headed back to Nashville next week.
You can bet that we will be eating at Biscuit Love before we head back home!
We went back to Biscuit Love on our last trip to Nashville.
Chicken Legs got the Lily again.
I got the East Nasty and some cheese grits.
Open-faced biscuit, topped with hot chicken and sausage gravy.
It was AMAZING!
I liked it better than The Princess.
Next time, I’m getting the S.E.C. biscuit.
We still want to go for lunch and try a burger on a biscuit.
