Carbone Las Vegas – one of the best places we ever eaten at in Las Vegas. Italian food at its finest. Old school atmosphere. The food and service was second to none. We already have a reservation for our next trip! SOOO good!
Today I’m telling you all about our new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas – Carbone!
Carbone is located on the second floor of the Aria Resort and Casino.
Carbone’s original location is in New York.
They opened a second location in Las Vegas in November.
They actually just opened right before we went for Thanksgiving.
I found out about Carbone on Instagram. The pictures looked amazing so looked it up online. It had good reviews on Yelp, so I made a reservation. The very next morning a reader emailed me and said she had just been and I had to go on my next trip. I told her I had a literally just made a reservation. We couldn’t wait to go!
The meal started with some spicy salami.
OMG! I could have eaten plates and plates of this salami!
It was SO good!
The bread was insane.
I could have just eaten the spicy salami and bread and been happy.
We knew the meal as going to be incredible!
We started with the Caesar Salad.
Look at those croutons! SO garlicky and delicious!
The meatballs aren’t on the menu, but I had a tip from a Plain Chicken reader to ask for them.
Um, SO good! We got a small order of 3, and they were some of the best we’ve eaten.
Next up, the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka pasta.
It was THE BEST vodka pasta we’ve ever eaten.
Next time I am not sharing with Chicken Legs. I am getting my own big bowl!
The last thing we ordered was the Chicken Scarpariello.
Chicken sautéed with a lemon glaze and red peppers.
It was crazy good.
We had a hard time finishing this with everything else we ate.
We passed on dessert – next time.
Our dinner captain, Louie, brought out two shots of limoncello and a couple of these Italian cookies.
Carbone was one of the best places we ever eaten.
We absolutely loved the atmosphere.
The food and service were second to none.
We already have our next trip to Vegas booked, and I can promise you that Carbone is on our list of places we will eat.
True to our word, we ate at Carbone on our most recent trip.
We tried a few new things that I want to share.
The spicy salami that they bring out when you get to the table is AMAZING!
I could eat TONS of it!
We got the Prosciutto and Mozzarella appetizer.
There were three types of prosciutto – sweet, smoky and salty.
The mozzarella is made in-house. It was warm when they brought it to the table.
They cut the mozzarella right at the table and place it on top of the prosciutto.
Of course, we got the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka.
For our entree, we shared the Ribeye Diana.
Since we didn’t get dessert on our first visit, we had to get the Bananas Foster.
