How to Make Lasagna Dip

This dip is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds. Drain excess grease. In a medium bowl, stir together cooked sausage, ricotta, marinara sauce, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and mozzarella cheese. Spoon the cheese mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the top of the dip with more shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven until bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley or fresh basil.

  • Can I make Lasagna Dip in the crockpot? Yes! Cook the sausage and add all of the ingredients to a 2.5-qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for about 2 hours.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray an 8x-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds. Drain excess grease.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together cooked sausage, ricotta, marinara sauce, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the top of the dip with the remaining ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley or fresh basil.
