How to Make Pizza Bombs

This recipe is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Open a can of refrigerated pizza dough and cut into 12 squares. Top the squares with pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, and mozzarella cheese cubes. Fold the dough’s edges around the filling and pinch them together to securely seal, creating a compact bundle. Place the dough balls seam-side down in the muffin pan. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Brush the hot rolls with garlic butter. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Remove the pizza bites from the pan and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

How to Serve Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

These pizza bites are a family favorite! We make them all the time. They are great for an easy lunch or dinner and make a great appetizer for game day parties! When it comes to what to serve alongside these bites, I’ve got some delicious options for you. Start with a side of marinara or ranch dipping sauce for that extra burst of flavor. A fresh garden salad with homemade dressing adds a refreshing contrast to the savory bombs. For a heartier option, consider serving them alongside a bowl of tomato soup. And, of course, don’t forget to include some veggies or a platter of carrot and celery sticks for a bit of crunch and balance. These sides will round out your pizza bombmeal, making it a delicious and well-rounded dining experience.
