How to Make Crescent Pizza Rolls
These pizza bites are super easy to make with only four simple ingredients. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir.
Separate crescent rolls into rectangles. Spread the sausage mixture down the middle of the rectangles. Bring the long edges over the filling to make a log. Slice the log into four pieces and place rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top the bites with parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of oregano and garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Brush hot rolls with melted butter, if desired.
