Pin This RecipeThese Pulled Pork Pastry Puffs are a favorite in our house. They are great for lunch, dinner or parties. You can make them ahead of time and freeze unbaked until ready to serve. I am making a batch this weekend to put up for the Super Bowl next weekend. LOVE easy make ahead recipes like this one!!
I used a package of Costco Smoked Pulled Pork in this recipe. It is my favorite store-bought pulled pork. You can find it in the back of Costco with the other pre-cooked meats and soups. It comes in two one-pound packages. I always have a pack in the freezer for a quick meal.
With only 4 simple ingredients, you can’t go wrong with these pastry puffs. They are always a hit! Serve some extra BBQ sauce on the side or even some Ranch dressing would be good. I mean, what isn’t good with Ranch?!?!?
