How to Make Mexican English Muffin Pizza

This recipe is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Old English Cheese Spread. Cook on low until the cheese has melted. Split English muffins and place them on a baking sheet. Top the English muffin halves with the taco meat mixture. Bake in a preheated oven until crispy. Sprinkle with green onion or cilantro.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 (5-oz) jars Kraft Old English Cheese spread
  • 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 8 English muffins, split

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink and crumbled. Drain fat.
  • Add cheese spread, taco seasoning, and Rotel. Cook on medium-low until just until the cheese has melted.
