We had these for lunch over the weekend, and they tasted as good as they looked.  They are DELICIOUS!!  We ate them all!

These little puffs are very simple to make.  We used turkey pepperoni and sausage, but feel free to change up the fillings.  Try mushrooms, peppers, ham, chicken; the possibilities are endless!  Just use your favorite pizza toppings.  These puffs would make a fantastic snack for the upcoming Super Bowl.

  1. Hi there! Just wanted to say I found you via Pinterest and I think I am in love with your blog lol. Such delicious looking food! Not sure why you never crossed my radar at foodbuzz before. Definitely making these 🙂

  2. I made these the other day and they were quite tasty! I made one version with mushroom/onion and a mix of Parmesan and cheddar and some with bacon. Delicious little things – thanks for the recipe 🙂

  3. I obviously need to bone up on my reading comprehension skills! I read that it made 24 muffins and I was filling mine, and there was no WAY I was going to get more than 12! So I come back to look at the recipe and then notice it's supposed to be mini muffins…d'oh!

Anyway, I thought they turned out great! The only two things I did different was use chicken sausage (first time using it, I know now I prefer turkey) and added some Italian seasoning to the dough.

  4. These look super yummy! Do you think they would keep if I packaged them well to ship to a few guy friends from Va to AR? I send them cookies but Ive been trying to find something thats more meal food to send but that would keep for several days.

  5. These are great! I make all my recipes in the muffin pan so these are perfect. I also really liked the buffalo chicken pizza bites. I'm def gonna try those too.

  6. I made these for breakfast yesterday morning, only I used bacon, breakfast sausage and cheddar cheese as substitutes – they were delicious!!

Can't wait to try your original recipe, maybe tonight since I have leftover pizza sauce to use up!
