Slow Cooker Ham for Easter

Ham is a must for your upcoming Easter dinner. I love a good Honey Baked Ham, but they are expensive! This year I am making this yummy Slow Cooker Orange Honey Mustard Ham. It has all of my favorite flavors and is SUPER easy to make! Plus the leftovers are great on a sandwich. I think the leftover ham is actually my favorite part of this recipe.

How to Make Slow Cooker Orange Honey Mustard Ham

As I said, this ham is super easy to make. I used a boneless spiral cut ham, but you can also use a bone-in ham if you prefer. Place the ham in the slow cooker. Whisk together orange juice, honey, dijon mustard, brown sugar, and paprika. Pour the orange juice mixture over the ham, making sure to get in-between all the slices. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW until heated. If your slow cooker lid won’t fit with the ham in it, simply wrap the top of the slow cooker with some aluminum foil. You are good to go!

    1. Could you use another choice for the juice instead of orange juice (I am allergic)? If so what?
      Thanks
