It’s Football Friday! We are only TWO WEEKS away from the start of college football!! I can’t believe it!!
This recipe is a twist on the usual Buffalo Chicken Dip that everyone serves. We really liked this dip because of the Velveeta. It was good and cheesy and had the perfect kick from the hot sauce. You can adjust the heat by reducing or adding more hot sauce – the hotter the better for me! We served this with chips, but it would be great with some celery and carrots too. The perfect dip for a crowd.

- ½ cup beer
- ¼ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce (or to taste)
- 2 cans (5 oz) chicken, drained
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Bleu Cheese or Gonzola crumbles

MMM This has two of my favorite things! Beer and Cheese!
Nice and easy, I like it! I bet a little habanero sauce would spice it up like you like it;)
Sounds delicious and looks even better! I'm going to have to give this recipe a try š
Velveeta is indeed a great melting cheese. I just bought some new hot sauce, this sounds just the ticket to give it a try.
I love the traditional buffalo dip, and I'll bet this is awesome too!
You know people pick on Velveeta but I LOVE the stuff. This has to be delish – definitely gonna try this one.
Ooooh now this looks good!
