Spicy Hamburgers – CRAZY good burger! Hamburger meat seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, chili powder, cumin, cajun seasoning, pepper, red pepper flakes and hot sauce. SO much AMAZING flavor in each burger!! Top with your favorite cheese! YUM! We like to double the recipe and freeze extra patties for later.
We love to grill burgers at home and these burgers are one of our favorites! The burgers are packed full of AMAZING flavor! The meat is seasoned with a little bit of everything – hot sauce, cajun seasoning, chili powder, cumin, pepper, red pepper flakes and BBQ sauce. They have a nice little kick to them from all the seasonings!
I usually double the recipe and freeze some of the hamburger patties for later. We typically grill the burgers, but you can also cook them in a skillet on the stove or broil them in the oven. We just love the smoky flavor that the grill gives the burgers. We love to top the burgers with cheese right before taking them off the grill! I always use American cheese on burgers because it melts beautifully. If you aren’t a fan of American, fell free to use your favorite cheese. ????????????
Like I said, these burgers have a little spice to them from the hot sauce and red pepper flakes. You can definitely reduce or omit the hot spices if you are worried about the heat. Either way, these are in the top 5 of our all-time favorite burger recipes! Enjoy!!

This does carry a bit of heat but that's what it's all about, right? I followed the recipe exactly and they were great! Could also be a good meatball recipe. All of the ingredients are things I have on hand always, except the buns. Love recipes like that!
LOVE the idea of using this for meatballs! That would be delicious! Glad you enjoyed the burgers.
That is a great looking burger and your flavor package sounds excellent. I like that you didn't do as many others and make the meat so thick it won't fit a mouth.
