This recipe starts with a couple of cans of Pork and Beans and adds some ketchup, mustard, onions, brown sugar and bacon. Just dump everything in a pan, bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. SO easy! They also tasted great! I thought they were some of the best we've made. They are most definitely going to be on our table next weekend for the 4th of July!
Quick Baked Beans
- 2 (15oz) cans Pork and Beans
- 4 tsp dried minced onion flakes
- 6 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
