How to Make Cheesy Honey Mustard Pork Chops
These Cheesy Honey Mustard Pork Chops are very easy to make. Start with seasoning some pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning on each side. Give the pork chops a quick sear in the skillet to get some color. Place the pork chops in a baking dish. Whisk together honey, dijon mustard, paprika, and a splash of lemon juice. Pour that over the pork chops and bake. Remove the pork chops from the oven, top with bacon and mozzarella cheese, and bake until the cheese has melted.
I used boneless pork chops that were about an inch thick. You can use bone-in pork chops if you prefer. You may need to adjust the cooking time. Check the pork chops and take them out when they reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.

If we already have a type of honey mustard, could we use that & just mix in the lemon juice & paprika? Or do you recommend doing it like this recipe?
I would recommend making the actual recipe, but you can modify it however you would like.
