Chicken Mini Breakfast Casserole - inspired by our love of Chick-Fil-A's chicken minis. Frozen popcorn chicken, crescent rolls, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese and honey. We made this twice in one week. SO good! All you need is a side of fruit and/or yogurt and you are set! Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner! #chicken #breakfast #chickfia #casserole

  1. Stephanie,
These recipes look delicious. I have copied three of them because I want to try them when I host a brunch or breakfast – such as Christmas morning, any weekday for my senior friends and Easter morning. What an excellent way to prepare a large casserole for a crowd and let the oven do the work. Thank you. Merry Christmas.
