I am officially obsessed with this Feta Skillet Bread. We made it to go with some soup the other day, and neither of us could stop eating it. It is SO good! The best part about this recipe is that it only has 4 ingredients! SO simple and SOOO delicious! We served this dish as a side but is also delicious served with some warm marinara sauce or olive oil as an appetizer.

This bread recipe is effortless to make with only four simple ingredients.I n a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and Greek seasoning. Add feta cheese and biscuit dough. Toss to combine. Transfer the bread mixture to an 8-inch cast iron skillet. Bake in a preheated oven until the dough is cooked and golden brown. Transfer bread to a serving platter and sprinkle with fresh oregano or parsley.

Feta Skillet Bread – only 4 ingredients and ready in 15 minutes. Refrigerated biscuits, butter, feta, and greek seasoning. Can be a side dish or serve as an appetizer with some warm marinara. It is SO good! We could not stop eating this!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12-oz) can flaky buttermilk biscuits (Grands Jr. 10-count)
  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp Greek seasoning
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Melt butter in 8-inch cast iron skillet. Add Greek seasoning and feta cheese. Cut biscuits into quarters and toss in saute pan.
  • Place whole pan in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and slide onto platter for serving.
