Easy Grilled Bone-In Pork Chops
These Grilled Teriyaki Beer Pork Chops are a new favorite. We made these last weekend and absolutely LOVED them. SO tender and juicy! I was so glad we made four pork chops. The leftovers were delicious!
The pork chops are marinated in a mixture of beer, salt, brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, and teriyaki sauce. SO much flavor!! We let the pork chops marinate in the refrigerator overnight. If you don’t have overnight, just let them marinate as long as possible. I always try to marinate overnight for maximum flavor! I definitely recommend bone-in pork chops over boneless pork chops. Boneless pork chops have a tendency to dry out and become tough. Bone-in pork chops are always nice and juicy!

If you don’t have a grill, you can still make these Grilled Teriyaki Beer Pork Chops. Start with heating some oil in an iron skillet on high heat. Once the oil is hot and starting to smoke, add the pork chops. Cook for one minute on each side. Reduce the heat to medium and cook the pork chops for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them every minute. Once the internal temperature reaches 140ĀŗF, pull the skillet off the heat. Add some butter and baste the chops in a little butter until the internal temperature reaches 145ĀŗF, about 3 to 5 minutes.
