Pin This RecipeOMG! We are totally addicted to these Spicy Pork Noodles!!! SOOOOO good! This recipe only takes about 10 minutes to make. Cook the ramen, get the pork going, add the sauce and toss with the noodles. I sliced up a pork tenderloin for this recipe, but this is a fantastic way to use up leftover pork tenderloin or pork chops too. I’ve made it both ways and it is equally delicious!
The spicy in these Spicy Pork Noodles comes from this Chili Garlic Sauce. I bought it at Target. They sell it at Walmart and most grocery stores too. Y’all this stuff is SPICY!!! You are going to want to start with about a tablespoon and do a taste test before adding more. If you go all-in with a few tablespoons, it will knock you out!
We absolutely LOVE these Spicy Pork Noodles. We’ve made this several times and just can’t seem to get enough of this recipe. Sweet, spicy and DELICIOUS!!! I love how quick and easy these noodles are to make. Great for a quick weeknight meal! You could even add some green beans or asparagus to the mixture. Just add the green beans or asparagus in with the pork so they have time to cook and absorb all that yummy sauce!

I would make this weekly if my husband would let me! I use a fresh chicken breast, thinly sliced and browned in sesame oil, and low sodium soy sauce. I increase the amount of soy sauce to 3/4 cup, then add a bag of the shredded cabbage and carrots (coleslaw mix) to it. It’s delicious and the leftovers are even better!
Made it tonight and my picky eaters loved it!!
I had some left over pork loin chops that I needed to do something with. This recipe was perfect! I stir fried some peppers, onions, and celery first, and then set them aside while I browned the pork. After the pork was browned, I added the veggies back in with the sauce and let it cook about 5 minutes. The last thing was to add in the noodles and get everything stirred in together. My husband had seconds, so I know it’s a good recipe. Oh, I used 1.5 tbsp.Thai chili garlic sauce and it was just right. I was so pleased to have a tasty recipe to help use up the leftover pork. Thank you.
I made this exactly and I doubled it… the fam loved it even my husband! I added it to a meals they love list so I can make again! Next time I will add broccoli and I will not put as much spicy sauce in my princess’
I followed your recipe! It was perfect!
Would spinach be tasty in this? It’s the only green we have right now, and for some reason I can’t imagine how the spinach would be! We cook with brown sugar-soy sauce and the garlic chili sriracha sauce all the time!
If you like spinach it would
Can you freeze the meat part to just defrost and add noodles? I got great deal on pork tenderloin but 2.2 lbs. Way too much for my 2 person family.
Sure!
