OMG! We are totally addicted to these Spicy Pork Noodles!!! SOOOOO good! This recipe only takes about 10 minutes to make. Cook the ramen, get the pork going, add the sauce and toss with the noodles. I sliced up a pork tenderloin for this recipe, but this is a fantastic way to use up leftover pork tenderloin or pork chops too. I’ve made it both ways and it is equally delicious!

The spicy in these Spicy Pork Noodles comes from this Chili Garlic Sauce. I bought it at Target. They sell it at Walmart and most grocery stores too. Y’all this stuff is SPICY!!! You are going to want to start with about a tablespoon and do a taste test before adding more. If you go all-in with a few tablespoons, it will knock you out!

We absolutely LOVE these Spicy Pork Noodles. We’ve made this several times and just can’t seem to get enough of this recipe. Sweet, spicy and DELICIOUS!!! I love how quick and easy these noodles are to make. Great for a quick weeknight meal! You could even add some green beans or asparagus to the mixture. Just add the green beans or asparagus in with the pork so they have time to cook and absorb all that yummy sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1-lb ) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 (3-oz) packages ramen noodles, any flavor
  • green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  • Open ramen noodles and discard flavor packets. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • While noodles are cooking heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add pork tenderloin and cook until starting to brown.
  • Add brown sugar, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce to skillet. Stir. Reduce heat simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked noodles to skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with green onions.

  1. This is so easy and yummy! I added a small bag of steamed stir fry veg and used only 1 1/2 tsp of the garlic chili sauce. That sauce is HOT and my acid reflux doesn’t allow real spicy foods, but love the flavor it gives. Even good warmed up the next day.

  3. I made this tonight w/ leftover pork tenderloin & only one package of noodles, which was the perfect amount for my daughter & myself. I made the sauce with no changes & I added one grated carrot, one small head of broccoli chopped into small florets & steamed for @ 5 minutes, & 4 stalks of green onions. While the noodles were cooking I mixed up the sauce ingredients in a larger sauce pan, then when they were done I drained them & mixed everything together& heated through. My daughter declared them amazing! Served w/ shrimp egg rolls!

  7. Thank you for the option to print without image. This was very delicious and so easy. I made it with left over pork sirloin steak and have also tried it with cooked chicken from my grocer. A real go to meal when I too tired to really cook.

  8. Super delicious, however, it was a bit salty. The next batch I lowered to soy to half and used LOW SODIUM soy and it was perfect. Threw in some a hand full of match stick carrots and half a coarsly chopped onion, 1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek for more heat. It's a keeper!! GREAT RECIPE!! Thank you Plain Chicken!

  10. Just made this, and, it was yummy! I added about a half tablespoon of Sesame Oil to the liquid…love that stuff, and, used a full 2 tablespoons of garlic chili sauce. So good! Thanks, for another great recipe.

  11. We've made this recipe twice and LOOOOVE it! My wife immediately called our neighbors and invited them over to try it, we liked it that much.

    We don't like a ton of heat and couldn't find the chili garlic sauce so we did make a couple of changes, we bought the Hormel Original Pork Loin Filet that's seasoned with sea salt and black pepper and cooked that in the oven according to the packaging till it was almost done then took it out let it sit then sliced it thin.

    We then added the oil to a pan and sauteed some garlic before adding the pork and finishing it. When the pork was just brown we added some bella mushrooms and then the other ingredients and finished per the original recipe, though we did toss in what my wife calls "crack broccoli", that she made on the side, with the noodles and pork.

    We added sriracha at the table so each person could control the heat themselves and the flavor worked perfectly.

    Next time we will probably use 3 packs of ramen noodles as the pork loins we buy are usually 1.5-2lbs and there tends to be a lot more pork than noodles.

  12. I used two packs of dried Japanese style noodles, doubled the sauce recipe and threw in a bag of coleslaw mix for the last couple minutes. Soooo good! The whole family loved it and we'll have enough for a second meal!
