Pin This RecipeStop what you are doing and add these Steakhouse Pork Chops to your menu ASAP. They are hands down the most AMAZING pork chops we’ve ever made. SO tender and juicy, and packed full of wonderful flavor. The best part about these pork chops is they take under an hour from start to finish. No crazy prep work. Just marinate, rub and grill. Delicious pork chops that are better than any restaurant on the table in under an hour. You can’t beat that!!
The pork chops are marinated for about 30 minutes in a mixture of steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce and then topped with an incredible steakhouse rub before grilling.
The steakhouse rub consists of brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. There is a TINY kick from the cayenne pepper. SO tiny. If you are sensitive to heat, you can decrease the amount of cayenne. On the other hand, if you like spicy food, feel free to kick up the cayenne.
You will have some leftover rub. Just keep it in an airtight container for the next time you grill these pork chops. Because believe me when I tell you that you are definitely going to be making these pork chops again and again.
Make sure to coat both sides of the pork chops with the rub! You want to taste the flavor on both sides.
We brought some Ribeye Pork Chops at the grocery store for these Steakhouse Pork Chops. The Ribeye Pork Chop is another name for a bone-in rib chop.
If you don’t like bones, feel free to try the boneless Rib Chop or Boneless Sirloin Pork Chop.
Did you know that about one-third of the pork raised in the United States comes from Iowa? When you buy pork at any grocery store across the United States, you are supporting family farms in Iowa and the United States.
I know there are a lot of questions about how to safely cook pork. The safe internal pork cooking temperature for fresh pork cuts is 145ºF. To check doneness properly, use a digital cooking thermometer to measure the temperature at the thickest part of the cut without touching any bone. Once you have reached the desired internal temperature, remove from heat and let it rest for three minutes.
We were blown away at how delicious these Steakhouse Pork Chops tasted. Chicken Legs ate TWO for lunch. He has already requested them again this weekend AND for the 4th of July. These are going to be a staple in our house!

Can you marinate these for 4-5 hours?
sure
I see marinate for 30 minutes. But what's the longest time for these to marniate?
Tried the pork chops. Couldn’t use the steak seasoning (sodium) used Mrs. Dash seasonings. My husband liked them, he’s usually a basic seasoning person.
Will have again.
Has anyone tried these in the air fryer? I was looking for air fryer recipes on Pinterest, and this one popped up. The flavors sound amazing.
I think these pork chops would be fantastic in the air fryer!
I always cook them in my (Emerill Legasse) Air Fryer; they are wonderful!! I cook it at 380 degrees for 12 – 24 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chop. (I usually use the 3/4″-1″ thick ones which take longer.) The Internal temperature should be at least 145 degrees.
Great Recipe! Used the all purpose marinade as noted and marinated 4 hours, taste was really good. I'd try 24 hours next time for even more flavor. Will definitely make often.
Delicious and super easy!
I've tried this last nite, definitely the best pork chops for ever. I will keep this recipe & use this again.
I want to make these for tomorrow's dinner, however, my supermarket only had the regular Dale's Marinade, so do I need to reduce the amount of Kosher salt?
I definitely would. I would probably use 1 Tbsp salt or eliminate the salt all together in the rub and just add salt after cooking.
These Were Delicious!!!!
Has anyone made this with a pork tenderloin on the grill?
This should be equally delicious on a pork tenderloin.
Replace the Dales with Moore's steak marinade if you can find it. A similar marinade without all the Salt that Dales has.In my opinion much better flavor profile..
What can you use to sub for the liquid seasoning? Can't find it here.
Would this be good on steaks also?
Yes – we are making it with steaks tonight
Tried it on Ribs, slow cooked 275 for 2-21/2 hours. Best ribs ever.
Can these be baked and if so what temp and how long? Also, approximately how long did you grill on each side? Can’t wait to make these! Thanks!
We only grilled them about 10 minutes total.
You could bake them at 375ºF for 30 to 35 minutes – until they reach an internal temperature of 145ºF
When baking, covered or uncovered?
uncovered
How long would you cook these in air fryer?
I’m making them for the first time . I’m using air fryer
Yummmm! Can't wait to try these. Thanks for all your great recipes. Have a great day!
They look delicious Steph and I have been wanting to grill some chops.
These are seriously delicious! Hope you enjoy them Larry!!
do you use all of the rub or just soem of it
Just some of the rub. There will be leftovers
