Pin This RecipeThese Hot Ham and Cheese Crescents are a new favorite. I am totally addicted to these sandwich bites! They are a combination of my Party Ham Sandwiches and Sausage and Cream Cheese Crescents. They are SOOOOO good! I could not stop eating these things!
These crescents are great for a party or even a simple lunch and dinner. I like to take these to our tailgate parties. This recipe makes 48 crescent bites and I never have any leftovers. These things fly off the plate! I am already planning on making another batch this weekend. SO good!
You can make the filling for these crescent roll bites ahead of time and refrigerate until you are ready to bake the crescents. I like to cut the crescent rolls into two triangles to make bite-sized crescents. If you are making the crescents for lunch or dinner, you may want to keep the crescents whole. I think the crescents taste best hot or at room temperature.

I’ve made this recipe a couple times now for parties and they have been a BIG hit! Overall pretty easy to put together, and they look great and taste even better. Thank you!
Can these be made without cream cheese? DH doesn’t like cream cheese.
you need something to bind the mixture together
Can you prepare these the night before and pop them in the oven the next morning?
I have not tried that, but I think it would be just fine.
These are delicious! I put everything bagel seasoning on top! Yummy!
sounds delicious!
Would this be possible with deli ham? Or what type of ham is best? Sounds delicious!!
You can try it. I use a package of diced ham from the grocery store
These are so good!! Thank you for all the great recipes..😊
