How to Make Awesome Sauce Roast Beef Sandwich Puffs

These sandwich puffs are very easy to make. Start with cutting a can of crescent roll dough into 24 squares. Press the squares into a mini muffin pan. In a bowl, combine finely chopped deli roast beef, honey mustard, hot sauce, teriyaki sauce, provolone cheese, and an egg. Fill each muffin cup with the beef mixture and bake until golden.

  • I used thinly sliced Boar’s Head London Broil for the roast beef.
  • I prefer to use a can of Pillsbury Crescent Sheets. You can also use a can of 8-oz crescent rolls and press the perforations and seams together.
  • I used Frank’s Hot Sauce, Kens Honey Mustard, and Sweet Baby Ray’s Teriyaki Sauce.
  • Do the sandwich puffs taste eggy? No. The egg is used to bind the sandwich mixture together.
  • You can use any type of cheese that you enjoy. I used provolone. Mozzarella, monterey jack, pepper jack, or cheddar would all be great.
